For more than 10 years Dr. Oliver Hornung has advised and supported national and international IT service providers and IT users, mainly in IT projects and IT outsourcing including emergency projects (conflict management). He also supports clients in conciliation and arbitration proceedings and, if necessary, in court disputes. Another focus of his activities concerns issues relating to Internet law, e-business as well as data privacy and IT compliance. In the fields of copyright law and competition law Dr. Oliver Hornung advises on the defence and securing of clients’ intellectual property rights.
