Jan R. Ludwig advises domestic and foreign clients in all matters relating to intellectual property law, in particular in questions relating to trademark, competition and copyright law. Jan R. Ludwig focuses on the evaluation, registration and enforcement of domestic and foreign intellectual property rights. He supports the client in the whole registration procedure of national and international industrial property rights, such as trademarks, titles, domains, registered designs, patents and utility models. Jan R.
