Ulrich Neumann studied Law in Bochum, Germany. After time spent abroad in the USA and Italy, he began practising as an attorney in 1997 in one of the leading business law firms in Leipzig (Saxonia). Alongside various medium and large sized construction firms and real estate developers, Ulrich Neumann represented, inter alia, the largest private commercial builders in Saxonia. In 1999, he joined the Dusseldorf office of ARCON and further developed the practice area for construction and real estate, becoming a partner in 2003.
Moreover, in consistent application of his chosen practice areas, Ulrich Neumann advises and represents medium and large sized enterprises on both the customer and contractor sides in construction and real estate law. As a result of his practice he possesses particular experience in construction related litigation and is also the author of articles relating to his practice areas.
A further specialisation of Ulrich Neumann’s practice lies in international sales law. Mr Neumann advises and represents well-known enterprises in the prosecution and defence of purchase price lawsuits. He has published various articles concerning international sales law.
