Prof. Dr. Mathias Schwarz berät nationale und internationale Mandanten aus den Bereichen Film, Fernsehen, Verlag und E-Commerce. Ein Schwerpunkt seiner Tätigkeit ist die Beratung bei strukturierten Finanzierungen, Film- und Medienfonds, Bankfinanzierungen und privaten Equity Beteiligungen. Prof. Schwarz betreut Personen- und Kapitalgesellschaften in allen gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragen, ausserdem Stiftungen. Er ist überdies in der Alternativen Streitbeilegung (Mediation) tätig.
