As an advisor of corporate clients in the field of information technologies, Julian Westpfahl protects the interests of his clients in both the drafting and enforcement of contracts and projects. His activities include, amongst others, licence management and contract configuration in the event of changes in corporate structures.

Banks and financial services providers are represented and advised by Julian Westpfahl both in and out of court. The safeguarding of interests encompasses classical banking business and special issues such as authorisation of banks or issues relating to the legal status of banks and financial services providers vis-� -vis public authorities.

Law of Classic Cars
