Christian von Bitter has specialised in comprehensive corporate consultancy for topics dealing with labour laws. His work for clients centres on the drafting of contracts that already minimise the risk of litigation in court, prior to any possible dispute. Should the proverbial exception to the rule nevertheless come to bear, he stands ready to represent his clients’Interests before all labour courts, right up to the Federal Labour Court if need be.
