As a specialist in labour law, Norbert Guhl counsels companies finding solutions for their daily occuring problems.

He has accumulated extensive negotiating experience with works councils, helping to solve personnel problems by means of in-depth consultation. It is often clearly the case here that problem-solving is not only achieved by resorting to legal methods.

A special challenge for him is posing the best way to dovetail labour relations statutes with company law, for example in the case of splittings and mergers.
