The practice of Stephan Neubauer covers all issues concerning the legal and economical aspects of companies and entrepreneurs in phases of restructuring and adjustment.

An additional focus lies within the recapitalisation of companies during an economical crisis. Stephan Neubauers experiences enable clients to implement new company related economical and legal arrangements. Preservation of the company and minimising of risks for owners, shareholders and managing directors are his major goals within his legal and economic advices. Stephan Neubauer practice enables his clients to utilize legal possibilities of the insolcency code as an instrument of rehabilitation.

Furthermore he advises clients in all aspects of the settlement of contracts with insolvent contractual partners and in transactions concerning the buy-out of insolvent companies out insolcency assets.

• 1983 till 1989 Law studies in Hamburg
• 1990 Legal Counsel in the legal department of an insurance company
• 1991 till 1994 Legal clerkship in Hamburg and the U.S.
• 1995 till 1996 Legal Counsel in the office of a tax advisor
• Since 1996 Bar admission and start of work as Lawyer with Schemmel & Partner, Lawyers, Hamburg, afterwards SES Schlutius Eulitz Schrader now SKW Schwarz
