Cordula Panke specializes in intellectual property, unfair competition and information technology law. She advises clients on all matters relating to copyright, trade marks, fair dealing, contract law and related areas – both in traditional ways of doing business as particularly in the context of e-business. Her expertise includes licensing and R&D agreements, e-commerce manuals, dispute resolution, negotiation proceedings and contentious litigation. Her clientship comprises domestic and international companies and corporations as well as individuals, all aiming at securing and advancing their market position through thorough management of their intellectual property rights.
