Florian Hensel advises clients in all areas of Media and Entertainment law, with a focus on e-business, the film and music industry as well as games. His advice covers contractual arrangements and negotiations, but also enforcement of legal positions of international and national clients. Especially in relation to new, media expertise in various areas of law including copyright, personality, consumer and data protection law, IT and IP, but also gambling and unfair competition law is required.
His experience covers of a variety of businesses including namely in relation to compliant structuring and licensing and distribution of content in online and mobile environments, a function he was also practicing as in-house counsel.
In the film and TV business, focus is on contractual advice and safeguarding risks of productions, including financing, obtaining and licensing rights as well as execution of film productions.
Advice on games includes especially financing and licensing questions.
